MEET THE OWNER
Hello. My name is Timothy and I am the owner and operator of MB Property Inspections. I come from a large family that values hard work, integrity, community, and family. I believe in taking the same core values I grew up with and applying them towards my business. I know you work hard for your property and I vow to work just as hard to make sure your property inspection is thorough, complete and detailed.

I look at every home as if I was buying it for my family. When you hire us for your inspection needs, you can be assured you are in good hands and I will treat you like family.
MY HISTORY
For the first four years out of college, I started building in home construction. This included everything from raw framing, all the way to the finish trim and all the details in between. I fell in love for building homes and that is what drives my passion for inspecting them today.

After home construction, I spent the next 15 years as a journeymen in the Sheet Metal Works Union. This taught me invaluable skills and knowledge of the Industrial building techniques. Passion of homes and the years spent in construction have all lead to the calling of inspecting them. I graduated from the Advanced Home Inspection Institute and became a Certified member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I am an Ohio licensed inspector.
